Sails of the Wind

Sails of the Wind is a sculptural glass artwork inspired by the untamed movement of wind-filled sails and the ever-changing forces of nature. Thick transparent glass rises in graceful, flowing waves, capturing the illusion of fabric suspended in motion while revealing the remarkable strength and fluidity of the material. Kiln-formed the sculptural glass is carefully shaped at high temperatures before being mounted on a solid black wooden base. The contrast between the crystal-clear glass and the dark wood enhances the sense of lightness, movement, and balance, allowing the work to transform with changing reflections throughout the day.
